Role: Lotus Notes Engineer

Exp: 5-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Strong experience in managing and administering HCL Domino servers in enterprise environments. Candidate should be capable of handling server configuration, upgrades, patching, health monitoring, and issue resolution independently

2. Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Lotus Notes client issues, mail delivery failures, replication problems, mailbox access issues, and user account administration. Experience supporting large user populations is preferred.

3. In-depth understanding of Domino mail routing, replication architecture, server clustering, and high availability configurations. Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across distributed environments

4. Experience in handling ID files, certificates, ACL management, internet passwords, LDAP integration, authentication mechanisms, and messaging security controls. Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements is desirable

5. Ability to perform L3 support activities including root cause analysis, incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation. Experience working within ITIL-aligned support processes is required
