Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Loss Prevention Officer. The primary responsibilities include overseeing retail loss prevention measures, ensuring physical security standards, monitoring surveillance systems, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate shrinkage and theft. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting security audits, managing access controls, and maintaining a secure and safe environment throughout the facility. The role also demands consistent collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective loss prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention strategies to ensure minimal shrinkage while safeguarding assets
- Proficient in Physical Security measures, including crowd management and emergency response
- Experience in Surveillance and monitoring systems to identify and address potential risks
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, teams, and external entities effectively
- Prior experience in retail or mall security roles is an advantage
- Knowledge of compliance standards and security protocols
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations professionally
- Degree or certification in security management or a related field is a plus
