Role Description
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves implementing and monitoring loss prevention policies, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the safety and security of the store. You will proactively work to prevent theft, mitigate security breaches, and support inventory audits. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment for customers and employees alike, while addressing security-related incidents and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and Physical Security practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively assist and interact with customers in a professional manner
- Good Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and collaborate with team members
- Experience in identifying risk factors and implementing effective Prevention strategies
- Relevant certifications in security or loss prevention are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and respond promptly to security issues
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity
