Job Title: Western Dance Teacher (KG to Grade 12)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Western Dance Teacher to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in various Western dance forms, nurturing creativity, confidence, and performance skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging dance sessions for students across all grades (KG to Grade 12)
- Teach various Western dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Freestyle, etc.
- Choreograph routines for school events, competitions, and annual functions
- Identify and nurture talented students for performances and competitions
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during sessions
- Collaborate with school staff for events and cultural programs
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Dance or Performing Arts
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in schools)
- Strong knowledge of Western dance forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and manage students across different age groups
- Creative, enthusiastic, and performance-driven
Preferred
- Experience in handling large groups and school events
- Prior experience in reputed schools
