Jd for the Role :
· Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirements, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates scheduling interviews.
· Formulate and implement a strategic sourcing strategy to locate, engage and attract prospective candidates.
· Good knowledge in Naukri portal and other online job portals which includes the main part of recruitment.
· Scheduled and followed up interviews to place candidate into our hiring process, while maintaining communication to advise the hiring manager.
· Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the department managers.
· Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly candidate database.
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms and negotiating the salary with the shortlisted candidates.
· Experience in C2H / PERM hiring will be preferred
· Exp in IT MANPOWER will be preferred
