Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Firstline Sales Manager (FLS) DSF Channel based out of the Jajpur Branch, with coordination at the Bhubaneshwar office. The FLS Manager will lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include devising strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a competitive knowledge of products in the financial services space and representing the organization positively in the local market. The role includes creating your own team of advisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring to drive sales teams to deliver results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement strategies
- Knowledge of financial services products, market trends, and client solutions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable
