Looking for Architect with 5 Years Experience

Aeropolis City, a leading real estate developer, is hiring an Architect with 5 years of experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in architectural design, working drawings, site coordination, and project execution.

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and design presentations.
• Develop conceptual designs, working drawings, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and prepare site reports.
• Prepare project documentation and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp preferred.
• Strong design and detailing skills.
• Understanding of construction processes and building materials.

Note: Only B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture candidates should apply. Civil Engineers are not eligible for this position.
