GTC Informatics is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our Corporate Training business by acquiring new enterprise clients, generating corporate training requirements, and adding new corporate logos to our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for GTC Informatics training services

Generate corporate training requirements from enterprises across industries

Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and Talent Development teams

Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Prepare training proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions

Add new corporate logos and expand the GTC Informatics enterprise client base

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized corporate training solutions

Training Areas

AI & Generative AI | Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) | Data Engineering (Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka) | Automation & RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Workato) | SAP Technologies | Cybersecurity | DevOps

Experience

38 years of experience in Corporate Training Sales / B2B Sales

Strong network with HR / L&D teams in corporates

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record in bringing new corporate clients and training opportunities

Key Success Metrics

Number of new corporate clients acquired

Number of new corporate logos added

Corporate training revenue generated

Repeat training engagements
