Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking and patient-centric physician to lead a Longevity & Cellular Health practice. This role goes beyond traditional medicine, focusing on optimizing healthspan, metabolic flexibility, and systemic recovery through advanced diagnostics and integrative therapies.
The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with a strong interest in functional and longevity medicine, delivering personalized, data-driven wellness programs.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- MBBS required
- MD (General Medicine / Internal Medicine / Anesthesia) preferred
- Degree from a recognized institution
Specialized Knowledge
- Certification or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Longevity Medicine, or Clinical Nutrition preferred
Experience
- 24 years of clinical experience
- Experience in premium wellness clinics, sports medicine, or high-end medical spa environments preferred
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of mitochondrial health, inflammation, and oxidative stress
- Expertise in interpreting advanced diagnostics (blood chemistry, genetic testing, metabolic panels)
- Excellent bedside manner with the ability to simplify complex clinical insights into actionable patient advice
Language
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Consultations & Program Design
- Conduct in-depth longevity consultations, including analysis of advanced biomarkers (genetic data, gut microbiome, hormonal panels)
- Design and implement personalized wellness and longevity protocols
- Prescribe and oversee IV nutrient therapies aligned with patient metabolic profiles
- Collaborate with nutritionists and allied health professionals for integrated care
2. Biohacking & Technology Integration
- Supervise and guide use of advanced therapies such as:
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
- Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation)
- Cryotherapy
- Monitor real-time biometrics (HRV, blood glucose, etc.) and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
3. Clinical Safety & SOP Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical SOPs
- Manage clinical emergencies and escalation procedures effectively
- Oversee infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management
- Maintain high standards for all invasive and non-invasive procedures
4. Team Leadership & Clinical Governance
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff and IV therapists
- Ensure team competency and adherence to clinical protocols
- Maintain required certifications for independent clinical practice
