We are looking for an experienced Long-Form YouTube Video Editor who can transform Acharya Ji's sessions and discourses into structured, engaging, high-retention videos while preserving the depth and accuracy of the message.

This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and creative responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit long-form sessions for YouTube with strong pacing and continuity

* Ensure high-quality audio-video sync and overall clarity

* Remove unnecessary portions while retaining the core message

* Maintain storytelling flow and viewer engagement throughout

* Deliver consistently high-quality output within deadlines

* Collaborate with editorial and content teams for alignment and accuracy

Requirements

* Proven experience in long-form YouTube video editing

* Strong command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve

* Familiarity with AI tools and modern editing workflows

* Disciplined, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

* Ability to work with meaningful educational and spiritual content responsibly
