Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Trainer located in Calicut. The Logistics Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions related to logistics management, coaching learners to enhance their practical knowledge and skills, and creating training materials. The role also involves evaluating trainee performance, offering constructive feedback, staying updated on industry trends, and continuously improving the training curriculum to align with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in logistics management, supply chain operations, and warehouse management systems.
• Effective training, coaching, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt teaching techniques to different learning styles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in creating training content and instructional materials.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational planning, and time management within logistics and supply chain environments.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or in a mentoring capacity is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
