Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad, India, for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, manage inventory levels, coordinate team activities, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer requirements, monitoring service quality, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency. The role also involves leading and enhancing team performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

- Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management practices
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and client interactions
- Customer Service expertise to handle inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement improvements in logistics processes
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage
