Job Description

Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations.
Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations.
Communication with multiple stakeholders in production shops for clearance of repair vehicles and adhoc requirements as per business needs.
Record keeping of operational facts and figures.
MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs
Know about yard operations and outsource manpower supervision
Knowledge of ERP system
Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint)
Knowledge of safety at work place
