Role Description

Overall Project Management, Cross Functional Coordination & Update Presentation

Define & Implement Plan for Each Part from Vendor to POC

Process Blueprinting Handover for ERP/WMS implementation

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics / Stores Engineer located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include planning for each part, ensuring lean flow, conducting value stream mapping, designing supply/transport network, and managing warehousing and storage. The role also involves quality management through proper packaging, cost reduction through innovative strategies, and managing upskilled resources to ensure efficient operations.

Location: Pune, MH ( Open to Work at Project/Customer Site )

Qualifications - B. Tech/BE in Mechanical/Production/Industrial EngineeringorDiploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (Relevant experience of 4 10years)

• Strong Communication and Organization Skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales
• Ability to provide Training and manage staff
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management practices
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant degree or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the equipment rental business and warehousing is a plus

Good understanding of SAP ERP system

Flexible, ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.

Good analytical skills and systematic approach

Good command on MsOffice & Data Reporting Tools
