Role Description The Logistics Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for coordinating daily order processing, managing inventory movements, and overseeing packing and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries. The role includes liaising with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to optimize routes, reduce delays, and maintain accurate shipment records. The Logistics Operations Executive will monitor stock levels, track shipments, handle delivery issues, and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards. The role also involves communicating with customer service and sales teams to support smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong logistics and operations skills, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Customer-facing capabilities, with proven Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and collaboration with Sales teams to support order fulfillment and growth.
• Ability to use basic inventory, order management, and tracking tools; proficiency in standard office software.
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or food distribution is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage physical aspects of warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
