About EDT

EDT (Everyday Design & Technology) is looking for a Logistics Operations

Executive to join our team.

This role will involve managing day-to-day logistics operations across EDT's D2C,

marketplace, quick commerce, and offline channels. The role will work closely with

our warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of products,

timely fulfilment, and accurate inventory and order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage last-mile logistics for customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate mid-mile logistics from the warehouse to channel partners and retail locations.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL/warehouse partner for inventory, dispatches, inwarding, and stock movement.
  • Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate their fulfilment.
  • Track shipments, RTOs, returns, delays, and delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, logistics, and order-related trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, courier partners, and channel partners.
  • Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day operational requirements and process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, or a related role.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred. Qualification requirements are flexible and can be discussed based on the candidate's skills and experience.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–2 years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Location: Kamala Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
