Logistics Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve logistics and control tower issues within agreed SLAs across multiple regions.
• Manage and control operational execution within TMS (Blue Yonder) and LCT systems.
• Support and execute processes to ensure efficient Contract and Invoice Operations for Diageo customers.
• Identify and escalate operational issues promptly when required.
• Utilize internal and external metrics to reconcile, evaluate, and control outbound payments, providing analytical challenge and validation as needed.
• Perform detailed volume analysis and calculate customer invoice amounts accurately.
• Operate effectively within defined commercial tramlines and business process guidelines.
• Collaborate with shared service centers and global cross-functional teams.
