Role Description
We are building India's first decentralized logistics partner network, and this role sits at the center of that vision.
As the Partner Growth Lead, you will own the complete lifecycle of partner growth:
Sourcing → Onboarding → Activation → Engagement → Retention
Your mission is to:
- Onboard and activate 100+ logistics partners in 6 months
- Ensure partners start earning and scale consistently
- Build a high-performance partner ecosystem, not just numbers
This is a one-to-ten scale role. You will not just execute a process, you will build and refine it continuously.
What You Will Own
Partner Acquisition
- Identify and onboard logistics professionals (brokers, transport managers, operators)
- Build scalable sourcing channels (WhatsApp, referrals, networks, outreach)
Conversion and Onboarding
- Pitch TAP and close partners
- Run onboarding journeys and remove friction in conversion
Activation (First 30 Days)
- Ensure partners complete their first 3–5 bookings
- Reduce early drop-offs and improve activation rates
Partner Engagement and Retention
- Drive consistent partner activity and performance
- Build engagement systems (calls, groups, nudges, tracking)
Growth Optimization
- Track funnel metrics and improve conversion, activation, and retention
- Continuously experiment and scale what works
Future Prospects
This is not a role with a ceiling.
As Partner network scales, you will evolve into:
- Head of Partner Network / Supply Growth
- Owner of a pan-India logistics partner ecosystem
- Key contributor to business revenue and expansion strategy
You will gain:

Compensation and Ownership
This is a core team role.
We are looking for someone who wants to build, not just work.
- Fixed Gross: Max Up to Rs 35000 / Month
- Significant Equity Participation through ESOP : Up to Rs 10,00,000 ( Calculated based on Opportunity cost of Applicant )

Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years in logistics, freight, transport operations with atleast 2 years of experience in a Road logistics/ Trucking company.
- Max 5 years of experience.
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Ability to handle real-world objections and conversations
- High ownership and execution speed
- Comfort working with ground-level logistics professionals

- Hustle-driven — willing to do what it takes to achieve targets
- Data-aware — tracks performance and improves continuously
