Logistics Manager

We are looking to hire a Logistics Manager for one of our clients, a newly launched brand in the Kitchen Appliances category.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Yrs

Salary: Up to 35,000 in-hand

Work Mode: Work from office

Working Days: 6 days a week

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics (cost, delivery times, accuracy, etc.) and prepare regular reports.

Lead and supervise logistics staff, providing training, guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, and production) to align logistics with organizational goals.

Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or supply chain disruptions.
