Logistics Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Manager Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. This role acts as a key liaison between end-users, OEMs, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer support across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full supply chain lifecycle from order placement to final delivery

Liaise with OEMs, end-users, and stakeholders to resolve operational and logistics issues

Provide quick turnaround on price quotations, delivery timelines, and administrative support

Oversee invoicing processes and country-specific pricing for medical products

Manage vendors, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure safe, on-time deliveries

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, and distribution schedules

Ensure compliance with international regulations, SOPs, and medical device requirements

Support business development with distribution readiness for new product lines

Provide efficient pre- and post-sales customer support

Analyze logistics and operational data to improve processes and service quality
