Established in 2010, SAHPL partnered with Dalmia Cement as a Carrying and Forwarding (C&F) Agent for Karnataka, supporting efficient distribution and supply operations. SAHPL focuses on reliable, streamlined logistics solutions that support the cement industry's demanding operational needs.

Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations for cement distribution. This role includes planning and coordinating transportation, managing warehouse and inventory activities, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and distribution points. The Logistics Manager will monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain service quality and cost efficiency. The role also involves optimizing processes, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end cement movement and distribution.
• Experience in Inventory Management to control stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure product availability.
• Proficiency in labor sourcing, truck sourcing, vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize purchasing activities.
• Customer Service skills to handle stakeholder communication, address delivery concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or cement/industrial sector, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to use logistics and inventory software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
