Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan – Work from Office

Profile-Logistics Executive / Manager – Export

Experience Required: 5–8 years, preferably in Pharmaceutical/API export logistics

Salary Range: 6 lpa , depending on experience, current CTC, and profile suitability

Working Days -6 days (9:30 am- 6 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end export logistics and shipment coordination
• Preparation and verification of export documentation
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics partners
• Customs clearance and shipment follow-up
• Coordination for international shipments, with Russia market experience preferred
• Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
• Managing freight quotations and logistics costs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable export and shipping requirements
• Coordination with internal commercial, procurement, and regulatory teams

Candidate Expectations:

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international logistics
• Experience in pharmaceutical/API export operations
• Practical experience dealing with CHA and freight forwarders
• Experience in Russia/CIS shipments will be an advantage
• Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage shipments from dispatch planning through final execution
