Logistics & Inventory Specialist

Company Description: Ecomous is a D2C brands accelerator where we have exciting D2C brands across different niches like pet, and wellness.

Role Description: The Logistics & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for ensuring orders are being process daily via different platforms like Website, Amazon, Flipkart and other b2b channels. The role includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and reconciling discrepancies. The specialist will work with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, optimize storage and distribution, and support export-related processes. They will be responsible for Supply chain management.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics & Inventory Specialist at Ecomous in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Excellent Logistics & Inventory management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Ability to analyse inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in a logistics or customer service role is a plus

Strong fluency in English & Hindi is a pre-requisite!
