The ideal candidate will handle vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory tracking while ensuring cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, and delivery).
- Manage shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documents.
- Track inventory levels and support stock management.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and costs.
