Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Faculty to join our team at TUEM HUB. This on-site role, based in Kochi, involves designing and delivering comprehensive training modules in warehouse and logistics management. Primary responsibilities include preparing and updating course materials, conducting interactive training sessions, evaluating student performance, and providing individualized guidance to help students excel. The faculty member will stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure teaching methods remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Operations
- Proficiency in instructional design, training methodologies, and student-centered learning approaches
- Ability to use digital tools and software relevant to the logistics and supply chain industry
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to support and mentor students
- Prior industry experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Passion for teaching and contributing to the professional growth of students
