Logistics Executive

VEEDEE SOLUTIONS LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing and documentation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue tax invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Generate and maintain E-way Bills and prepare delivery challans along with other dispatch-related documents. - Verify purchase orders before processing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of materials and collaborate with the dispatch/logistics team for shipment planning and documentation. - Work closely with the Accounts department for billing accuracy and reconciliation, maintaining organized records for audit and future reference. - Assist in export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, wherever applicable. - Support day-to-day commercial and administrative activities related to billing and dispatch, ensuring all documentation is maintained properly. Required Skills: - A graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in billing, documentation, or commercial operations. - Knowledge of GST invoicing and E-way Bill generation is essential. - Proficiency in ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Busy, or similar. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
