Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our export logistics operations. The ideal candidate will lead the team, manage vendor relationships, ensure timely shipment execution, and handle documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end freight operations (air/sea/road).

Proficiency in shipping documentation (Shipping B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO)

Liaise with customs, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth documentation and clearance

Monitor shipment tracking and update clients proactively.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Support Amazon fulfillment or e-commerce logistics

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export operations.

Strong understanding of international logistics and customs procedures

A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems

Familiarity with customs documentation and clearance processes.

Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced work culture.

Preferred:

Experience working with export-oriented industries (e.g., food, textile, machinery).

Certification in logistics/supply chain is an added advantage.

Working knowledge of ERP or freight management systems.
