About The Role
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics operations and support smooth order fulfillment across multiple sales channels and warehouses. The role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery operations.
The candidate will play a key role in handling B2C and B2B order processing across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations and dispatch planning
- Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and transporters
- Handle B2C/B2B order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain MIS reports and logistics data
- Ensure proper packaging and quality checks
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce)
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Experience with platforms like Unicommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
