The Print Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily print production operations, ensuring high-quality output, color accuracy, and timely job completion. The role involves monitoring print processes, managing materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth machine operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. This role involves shipment planning, documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling both domestic and international logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Manage domestic and international shipments, including booking, scheduling, and tracking
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, etc.)
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth clearance and delivery
- Track shipment status, identify delays, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics activities
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize logistics flow
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal company policies
- Analyze logistics costs and performance metrics; recommend improvements
- Resolve operational issues promptly and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/logistics management systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
