Logistics Executive

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments.

Track inventory movement, vessel schedules, and port clearances to ensure smooth deliveries.

Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks, operational delays, or shipment discrepancies proactively.

Coordinate with quality teams at international ports, external buyers, and internal departments including Import, Accounts, and Dispatch.

Maintain accurate records of shipment movements, documentation, and communications.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customs standards.
