About The Role
Manage end-to-end logistics operations for D2C orders, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse dispatch and last-mile delivery. The role involves tracking shipments, handling delivery exceptions, and working closely with courier partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Requires a hands-on approach, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Oversee daily dispatch and delivery flow for online/D2C orders.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and efficient deliveries.
Track shipments in real-time and take action on delays or exceptions.
Handle NDRs, RTOs, and reattempts to improve delivery success rates.
Ensure quick resolution of stuck or escalated shipments.
Validate courier invoices and flag discrepancies in billing, weight, or zones.
Work closely with internal teams to align on order status, delays, and customer issues.
Maintain data and reports related to shipment performance and delivery metrics.
What Makes You a Good Fit
1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably handling online order operations.
Familiarity with courier partners, SLAs, and last-mile delivery challenges.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
