Job Summary
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including procurement coordination, inventory movement, vendor follow-ups, and timely delivery of materials across all Brik Oven outlets. The role ensures smooth supply chain functioning to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels across all outlets and central warehouse
- Coordinate with stores and kitchen teams for replenishment planning
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel
- Minimize stock loss, wastage, and pilferage
- Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for timely ordering and delivery of materials
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure adherence to timelines
- Compare quotations and assist in vendor negotiations
- Logistics & Distribution
- Plan and execute inter-store transfers and central warehouse dispatches
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, packaging, and supplies
- Coordinate with transport vendors/drivers for smooth operations
- Vendor Management
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors
- Track vendor performance (quality, timelines, pricing)
- Resolve issues related to delays or supply shortages
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of invoices, GRNs, delivery challans
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Cost Control
- Optimize transportation and procurement costs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
