Job Description
Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate daily delivery operations, including scheduling, routing, and execution with drivers and partners
. Liaise with vendors, including courier services (e.g. FedEx, DHL) and freight forwarders
. Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping documents, permits, and related paperwork
. Handle import and export processes, including coordination of shipments to overseas markets
. Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all logistics records and documentation
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery operations
