Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for the department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

. Develop and manage the department's budget, including forecasting financial performance and providing insights for budgetary adjustments.

. Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring expenditures align with the budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard departmental assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis.

. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards, and support audits as needed.

. Work closely with other departments and management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's/Master Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline

Experience :

Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience in a accounting or financial management role.
