Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
- Monitor transporter TAT (Turnaround Time) and follow up for on-time deliveries.
- Handle FTL cost negotiations and ensure vehicle placement as per schedule.
- Understand documentation and compliance processes such as Invoice and E-Way Bill in B2B operations.
- Ensure proper cargo packaging to minimize transit damages.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for smooth logistics flow.
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports on material dispatch and delivery status with internal stakeholders.
- Perform 3PL freight bill reconciliation based on rate agreements.
- Basic understanding of SAP HANA / S4 will be an added advantage.
- Coordinate with insurance and 3PL partners for loss or damage claim settlements.
- Arrange reverse pickups with accurate documentation.
- Collect and upload POD (Proof of Delivery) in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of domestic transportation and related documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
