Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Parts Logistics (AMC / ACER / Lenovo)
- Take ownership of all end-to-end spare part transactions and logistics activities
- Ensure same-day dispatch of available spare parts against branch demand
- Ensure no spare parts remain pending in the field for more than 10 days
- Recover defective spare parts from the field in a timely manner
- Share daily updates on field pending parts with branch engineers, Branch Manager, and reporting manager
Courier Process Management
- Manage daily courier transactions for spare part dispatch
- Maintain accurate daily courier transaction and dispatch reports
- Track courier parcels end-to-end until delivery confirmation
- Validate monthly courier vendor invoices for accuracy
- Ensure courier vendors submit invoices on the VBM portal by the 7th of every month
- Assist in identifying and onboarding local courier vendors when required
- Maintain proper records of parcel transactions in both system and manual registers
Audit and Branch Operations
- Conduct self-audits of branch stock and project stock spares
- Share audit findings and reports with the reporting manager
- Ensure effective spares management and stock accuracy
- Maintain overall branch hygiene and operational discipline
