Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations and coordinate with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and internal teams.

The candidate should be able to handle shipment processes smoothly while maintaining strong communication with customers and overseas partners.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and working proficiency in Arabic to coordinate with international clients and agents.

Business Development: Actively identify and acquire new business opportunities and clients to expand the company's market share in the logistics sector.

End-to-End Shipment Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all shipment types (FCL, LCL, FTL, and LTL) from origin to final destination, ensuring seamless execution.

Carrier & Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with shipping lines and transport providers to secure competitive rates and ensure reliable service.

Operational Scheduling: Plan and monitor daily loading and dispatch schedules to optimize logistics efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping documents and customs paperwork are accurately prepared and compliant with international regulations.

Requirments:

Graduate in any discipline

Strong fluency in English is compulsory

Arabic work proficiency

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, import export, or supply chain operations preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling

Professional and positive attitude towards

teamwork and client handling

Preferred Skills:

Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage

Problem solving ability and attention to detail

Good organizational and time management skills
