Job Description
We are opening a new office in Noida and looking for Logistics Coordinators / Freight Brokers to support our US logistics operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who can handle loads, coordinate with carriers, and contribute to business growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage US-based loads and shipments
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and dispatch teams
• Source and onboard new carriers
• Handle load booking, tracking, and issue resolution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and logistics partners
• Support business development by bringing new clients or loads
• Ensure smooth operations from load pickup to delivery
Requirements
• Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, or dispatch (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage loads and coordinate with carriers
• Basic understanding of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable working in US shift (night shift in India)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Compensation
We offer flexible compensation based on experience:
• Fixed salary
• Salary + incentives
• Commission-based structure for business development roles
