About the Role
We are looking to hire a candidate for our Repair Department Operations & Logistics function. This role will not be involved in hands-on repair activities. Instead, the individual will be responsible for managing the logistics, coordination, and operational aspects of the repair department.
The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with Sales, internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners, along with strong Excel skills to manage data, tracking, and reporting related to repair operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics and operational coordination for the Repair Department.
- Coordinate with Sales teams, Repair teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth movement and handling of repair products.
- Handle queries and escalations related to repair logistics, timelines, and operational issues.
- Track incoming and outgoing repair products, turnaround time (TAT), and operational status.
- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, reports, and dashboards for repair operations.
- Share regular updates and reports with internal teams and management.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and internal logistics teams when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
- Support smooth communication flow to avoid delays and operational gaps.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Graduate (technical background preferred)
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, coordination, or repair support roles is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data tracking, reports, formulas, summaries)
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to manage pressure and operational escalations efficiently
