Key Responsibilities-Export Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and CHA/Freight Forwarder for export shipments.
- Prepare and monitor the export shipment plan based on customer requirements, Ready Date (RD), commercial terms and shipping schedule.
- Coordinate vehicle/container placement and factory/port stuffing.
- Track material readiness against the confirmed RD.
- Follow up with Production for delays, partial readiness and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders for pickup, booking, container availability and vessel connections.
- Monitor shipment movement from plant to port and port to destination.
- Coordinate with Third part Inspection agency for Inspection scheduling and certification.
- DG declaration
- Documentation and monitor Export Incentive.
- Shipping bill checklist approval for filing.
- Track vessel schedules, ETD/ETA and transshipment details.
- Escalate shipment delays, port congestion, container shortages and other operational issues.
- Monitor detention, demurrage, waiting charges and other logistics costs.
- The candidate should be responsible for developing and maintaining Export Logistics MIS and Power BI dashboards
- Support compliance with Customs, DGFT, FEMA, Foreign Trade Policy and applicable export regulations.
- Ensure correct HS classification and export documentation.
- Support preparation of documents for FTA/Preferential Certificate of Origin & coordination.
- Maintain supporting documents for origin qualification and costing.
- Monitor export incentive documentation and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Support EDPMS closure/regularization and bank documentation.
- Maintain proper records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
