To optimize logistics processes and manage relationships with transport providers and other

stakeholders.

 Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including warehousing, inventory

management, transportation, and distribution of food ingredients.

 Ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations to meet customer

Requirements And Company Objectives.

 Manage logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality

standards.

 Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers,

transport companies, and other stakeholders.

 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for

improvement and implement corrective actions.

 Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce

costs.

 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including

food safety and quality requirements.

 Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to logistics operations.

 Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support

for their development.

 Collaborate with supply chain, production, sales, and customer service teams to align

logistics activities with business goals.

 Maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, transport companies, and

other external partners.

 Coordinate with warehouse staff and other internal departments to ensure efficient

logistics operations.

  • Logistics Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in logistics processes and implement

improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Resolve issues with logistics providers and

internal stakeholders to maintain smooth and effective logistics operations.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Make decisions to ensure all logistics activities comply with

relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
