Job Description

  • Sending enquiries to selected Freight Forwarders.
  • Getting & comparing the quotes for the shipment.
  • Negotiating with FF for the best possible rates & services.
  • Finalizing the FF based on the selection criteria.
  • After FF selection interacting with the supplier for materials movement.
  • Tracking the shipment & interact with FF for relevant documents.
  • After arrival interacting with the CHA for customs clearance.
  • After clearance interact with stores for material delivery.
  • After delivery processing the FF bills related to clearance.
  • Maintain all the relevant data & documents in a specified location.
