Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Associate with 2–4 years of experience in the E-commerce domain, with hands-on exposure to D2C, Marketplace and Quick Commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, RTOs and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.
• Monitor TATs, shipment performance and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain logistics MIS and track operational performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics.
• Strong understanding of D2C, Marketplace & Quick Commerce operations.
• Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
