Job Description

  • Knowledge about Export Documentation and shipping
  • Preparing Freight Comparatives for the Freight received from Freight Forwarders /
  • Dealing all mode of shipments ( LCL/FCL/Air/Courier/Road -FTL)
  • Liasioning with Purchase Team, Freight Forwarder, Shipper for Vessel planning and nomination for Import shipments.
  • Liasioning with multiple Transporters for Road Freight and support Plant in operational challenges.
  • To assist the Plant for CONCOR/Rail connection from Nhava Sheva Port to ICD Hyderabad and urgent Import shipments.
  • Manage suppliers performance and seeking for continuous improvements.
  • To follow up with Service providers/Freight Forwarders/CHA's for on time delivery of critical consignments of multiple plants.
  • To ensure Vendor payments are released timely.
