Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics & Finance Executive to manage supply chain operations along with financial documentation and reporting. The candidate will coordinate transportation, inventory management, billing, and accounts-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and transportation of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
- Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Delivery challan, etc.).
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports.
Finance Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain daily expense records and payment tracking.
- Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly financial reporting and audits.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / BBM / (Finance/Logistics)
- 0-2 years of experience in Logistics & Accounts (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
