Role Description The Logistic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations that support Esse India's consultancy services. This role includes planning and managing the movement, storage, and distribution of documents and materials between clients, internal teams, and external partners. The Logistic Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement needs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking deliveries, optimizing routes and costs, maintaining accurate records, and resolving logistical issues to ensure smooth workflow. The role also requires close collaboration with customer service and operations teams to meet client timelines, maintain compliance with procedures, and uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee routing, distribution, and operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track, store, and control documents and materials accurately.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and handle inquiries related to logistics.
- Relevant experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within professional services or consultancy environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with logistics and inventory software or spreadsheets, and basic understanding of compliance and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
