We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations for construction projects.
  • Plan and oversee the transportation and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites while optimizing costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Monitor and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays that arise during projects.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to transportation and logistics.
