LOGDATA MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Your Tasks

• Onboarding of data sources: Collaborate closely with internal requesters to efficiently integrate new data sources into the log data infrastructure
• Management and configuration: Manage and configure the R&S Splunk infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and keep documentation up to date
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor log data systems and respond proactively to alerts
• Evaluating new technologies: Introduce new technologies to optimize services
• Automation: Support task automation through scripting (SPL, PowerShell, Bash, Kibana)
• Customer communication: Advise internal customers on specific requirements and develop customized solutions when required

Your Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, including architecture, implementation, setup, data onboarding, SPL, and dashboard design
• Experience in big data analysis and data normalization
• Familiarity with Elastic (ELK) Stack
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise/CentOS Server administration
• Proficiency in GitOps and scripting with PowerShell/Windows CMD
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Experience working in SCRUM/Agile teams and understanding of SCRUM principles
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
