Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain printing solutions within Prysm 360 , Loftware Cloud and other industry label design and label printing software.
- Lead and support system validation activities to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality system requirements.
- Partner with IT, plant representatives, and divisional labeling teams to plan and execute technical enhancements, integrations, and scalability initiatives.
- Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design to support system improvements, upgrades and future solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot printing issues related to the technical systems, identify improvement opportunities, and drive timely resolutions.
- Manage and maintain XML/JSON API messaging integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange between systems.
Generic Managerial Skills
- High engagement in discussions relating to labeling printing process improvements, support assessment and disposition of triage tickets, participate in investigatory system trouble-shooting activities, generate regular data reporting, and support project readiness deployments.
- High engagement in discussions relating to labeling requirements process improvements, support business expansionary goals and assist the business in identifying, managing, and moderating levels of risks and compliances.
- Ensure performance and functionality meet usability, reliability, and security standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, automation, and customer experience.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, web application support, or print management.
- Experience developing, configuring, and debugging within label printing solutions like Prysm 360.
