Role / Skill : Loftware Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide AMS support for SAP and Loftware integration, including incident resolution and system enhancements.
- Configure and maintain Loftware Enterprise Labelling integrated with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to label printing and SAP output management.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement labeling solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global labeling standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and deliver end-user training for labeling workflows.
- Work within SLA timelines for ticket resolution and system support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and printing architecture (SmartForms, SAPscript, Output Management).
- Hands-on experience with Loftware Enterprise Labelling or similar labeling solutions.
- Knowledge of barcode standards, serialization, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in AMS support projects, including incident and change management.
- Ability to integrate SAP with external systems for real-time label printing.
